Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess structural damages against allowable damage limits (ADLs) found in the SRM.
• Revise and update SRM documentation based on in-service findings and fleet evolution data
• Creation/Revision of Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM), Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC), and Structural Repair Manual (SRM).
• Answer technical general/manual queries related to all types of maintenance Manuals.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or Aeronautical engineering with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of metallic and composite materials and their associated manufacturing processes in aerospace structures.
• Previous Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) experience is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of airworthiness regulations governing aircraft structures and repairs.
• Working knowledge on PLM tools like Teamcenter and Enovia.
• Good knowledge on Engineering drawings and all types of Fasteners.
• Basic Stress knowledge is preferred.
• Good oral and writing skills, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of various technical publications such as Structural Repair Manual, Component Maintenance Manual, Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, etc.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Working knowledge on Catia will be added advantage.
• Experience of working on Nacelle products like Inlet Cowl, Fan cowl and Thrust Reverser will add advantage.
• Willingness to work in extremely tight schedules, while still not neglecting the value of attention to details and subsequently delivering high quality work.
