Job Summary:

As a Lead Development Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our business across the EMEA region. In this position, you will act as the commercial engine that connects Druck’s cutting‑edge pressure measurement and calibration technologies with customers across diverse industries. You will identify new opportunities, nurture strategic relationships, and help customers understand how Druck’s precision solutions can elevate their operations.

Essential Functions:

- Build meaningful connections with prospects and existing customers, becoming a trusted first point of contact for Druck.

- Share product and service insights and ensure every inquiry is directed to the appropriate stakeholders, even when it is not commercially viable.

- Own the lead lifecycle, tracking every step from initial contact to closure or cancellation.

- Qualify inbound leads and ensure smooth, high quality handoffs to the Sales team.

- Follow up on opportunities, ensuring they progress through the commercial pipeline efficiently.

- Route opportunities to the correct Direct Sales or Channel Partner using SFDC.com and other platforms.

- Explore new markets, identify potential partnerships, and generate outbound leads through calling, social selling, and other proactive outreach methods.

Required Qualifications & Desired Characteristics:

- Bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of Marketing experience).

- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales.

- Strong customer‑first mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.

- Proficiency in English plus one additional regional language; French or German is a strong advantage.

- Experience in semiconductor, test and calibration, aerospace, automotive, or broader engineering industries is highly desirable.

- Experience with inbound or outbound calling.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
