What You Will Be Doing

Profile Description
The Lead Development Associate will support global development, account research, and contact prospecting. The role requires strong understanding of customer and vendor markets, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder requirements, along with the ability to leverage Salesforce, Power BI, and Power Automate to drive efficient and effective business outcomes.

Job Description

• Conduct account research, contact prospecting, and lead identification based on business requirements.
• Support global requestors with accurate and timely account, contact, and market intelligence.
• Research customer and vendor markets to identify relevant business opportunities and insights.
• Maintain accurate lead, account, contact data, reports, and trackers.
• Use Salesforce for lead/account management and data maintenance.
  Support Power BI dashboards and reporting to provide actionable business insights.
• Leverage Power Automate to improve processes and reduce manual effort.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations for business reviews and stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and continuously identify opportunities for process and productivity improvement.

What We Are Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in Lead Development, Account Research, Market Research, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of customer/vendor markets and B2B business environments.
• Ability to understand global stakeholder requirements and deliver accurate, timely outputs.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive approach to process improvement, automation, and data quality.
