Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Process customer transactions from quote to cash.
Support the EMEA Customer Service Team and collaborators with all aspects of order processing.
Respond proactively to customer queries via phone and email.
Support projects related to customer satisfaction and customer happiness.
Ensure adherence to export and legal guidelines for national and international transactions.
Maintain accurate master data in ERP and CRM systems.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, order management, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – mandatory.
German would be a plus, French or Italian would also be considered a valuable additional language.
Ability to successfully implement and adhere to strict guidelines and processes.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to effectively operate ERP and CRM platforms; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
