Role – Lead Software Engineer – MS Power Platform/ Dynamics CRM 

Where the job is based: Bangalore 

Experience: 8+ Years 

This role demands 3 days of work from the office every week and occasional out-of-hours working to support customer interests.

Responsibilities: 

  • Building custom Dynamics CRM solutions, principally via CRMOL and including extensive presentation of bespoke business processes 
  • Understanding and implementing solutions architected using service orientated, distributed, micro-service and other patterns appropriate to identified requirements 
  • Building complimentary solutions that integrate with CRM back-ends, such as customer 

portals and integrations with other systems 

  • Working closely and effectively within a multi-developer team 
  • Reviewing documentation, designs and implemented solutions alike to ensure proposed approaches are implementable 

 

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience implementing and customising Dynamics 365 CE / Microsoft Power Apps solutions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
  • Strong experience with Copilot Studio, including building and integrating AI-powered agents and conversational experiences.
  • Strong C# / .NET development skills, including Dataverse/Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflow activities and integrations.
  • Strong JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML and CSS development skills.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) and developing reusable custom controls.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse data/entity architecture, FetchXML and SQL.
  • Experience with Power Platform ALM, solutions, Git, source control and CI/CD.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform CLI (PAC) for solution development, packaging, validation and deployment.
  • Experience developing complex integrations using REST/OData APIs and JSON.
  • Experience with Azure.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers and working effectively within distributed teams.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with Power BI and integration with Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience with Code Apps and pro-code development within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Experience with Azure services and enterprise integrations.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0 and Managed Identity.
  • Experience contributing to solution architecture, technical design and estimation.
  • Relevant Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Experience establishing development standards, reusable frameworks and Power Platform engineering best practices.
