DHR Enterprise AI Solutions is Danaher's enterprise AI engineering capability, responsible for identifying opportunities, building and scaling reusable AI solutions, and accelerating measurable business impact across operating companies. We combine product, architecture, AI science, engineering and operations to industrialise AI, establish enterprise standards and enable the next generation of AI-powered products, workflows, applications and decision-making.

We look forward to welcoming you to our organisation. In DHR Enterprise AI Solutions, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering reusable AI patterns for edge, device and mobile environments, connecting enterprise AI capabilities with Danaher products and operational workflows.

This is a Danaher Corporate role, hosted by our Cytiva operating company in Kraków, and will be an on-site role (Kraków).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Define and drive the technical vision for AI-powered mobile applications across Android, iOS and Windows platforms.
• Lead the design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on edge/mobile devices. Build scalable machine learning pipelines and production-ready AI services.
• Support mobile AI solutions, evaluate deployment approaches, define device integration patterns and scale edge capabilities, applying this capability across Solution & Architecture to build, industrialise and scale trusted, reusable AI solutions.
• Mentor and guide software engineers, fostering engineering excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 8+ years of mobile application development experience in IoT/Embedded domain

• Design, develop, and maintain native and cross-platform mobile applications using technologies such as: Swift, Kotlin, UWP, React Native and Flutter

• Ensure high performance, reliability, security, and scalability of mobile solutions.

• Build and deploy AI-powered mobile experiences including: GenAI assistants, ChatBots, Computer vision solutions, Predictive analytics and recommendation systems

• Implement observability, logging, telemetry, and performance monitoring for mobile AI applications.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience developing healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or regulated industry applications.
• Experience in developing IoT systems and Edge AI deployments. Familiarity with wearable technologies, IoT devices and edge computing.
• Experience with MLOps and mobile model optimization techniques.
