About this LCV Qualified Cross-Border Long-Haul Owner-Operator role at Bison Transport

$3000 Sign on Bonus. Get Paid On Time. Every Time. This position runs 5 to 7 days out and averages 10,000 to 12,000 miles per month.
- Running LCV open board and Canada/US long-haul when LCV is not available.
- Southbound freight could depart into any of the lower 48 states
- 24 days on the road per month
- Might be asked to cover scheduled runs as Operationally needed for a period of time up to 4 weeks
- Regional freight will be required
- Flexible schedule, all shifts include working Saturday and Sunday
- Turnpike pay-package applies
Candidate Profile:
- Experienced Owner-Operator with 24 months tractor trailer experience
- Must have a valid Class 1/AZ license
- Bunk Truck will be required
- Must be eligible to drive in the U.S.
- Must have a minimum of 6-months verifiable LCV experience including operating during winter conditions
- BC Mountain experience is preferred
- Must be able to haul all commodities including meat and alcohol
- Must be able to drive on Highway 17 in Ontario 12 months a year
- Must be able to drive U.S. Mountains 12 months a year
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
