Key Responsibilities

Documentation:

• Handle HBL/CBL of Export Shipments, including but not limits at creation, verification, Shipping Instruction submission to carriers, Validating documentation. Ensure document quality and timeliness.
• Follow IOP/SOP in document handling process.
• Ensure operational KPI is adhered with and successfully delivery
• Coordinate with other stakeholders and resolve issues to ensure DOC available and correct during transportation.
• Manage exceptions in daily operation.

Other Responsibilities:

• Support customers/other teams to resolve issues and exception handling.
• Initiative to improve daily operation, both in productivity and work quality.
• Other relevant tasks/projects assigned by leaders. 

Critical Competencies

• At least 01 – 03 years’ professional working experience at similar operation role(s) in freight forwarder.
• Understanding and hand-on experience in LCL operation and documentation is a big plus.
• Language proficiency: Professional English level, Native Vietnamese level.

• Influent Microsoft office (excel, power point, outlook, ...), Power BI, automation application understanding is a plus.
