客户体验

·  树立店铺榜样, 为客户提供热情的接待并满足客户需求，与孩子们互动，了解各个商品的特点和优势，并成功完成销售。

·  担任楼面管理工作时，确保所有顾客的问题得到满意解决，提供出色的客户服务。

·  确保店铺系统（包括定价）得到有效维护，着重于客户服务和销售利润最大化。

👉 团队发展

·  协助店铺经理与副店长进行假期工作安排，出勤与团队建设。

·  有效监督店铺销售，按照乐高的相关政策和流程与店铺经理、副店长一起适当处理潜在问题。

·  管理、发展及激励一个高绩效的团队，使该团队可以体现出乐高的品牌文化、企业愿景及价值观。

👉 店铺流程管理

·  协助确保合理有效地管理店铺空间。

·  根据公司准则和经营预算完成店铺业绩指标。

·  确保培训店铺销售使用收银机并正确处理店铺财务流程。

·  确保严格遵守所有健康与安全的标准，并及时向店铺经理或副店长汇报任何故障或潜在危险。

👉 库存管理

·  保持仓库时刻有序整洁，确保所有可售商品在货架的有效陈列和及时补充，并达成预防破损目标。

·  协助店铺经理与副店长按照店铺指导原则达到高标准的商品陈列展示。

·  确保仓库内的商品合理有效的周转，杜绝内外部的盗窃行为，降低店铺的损耗并让差异率到合理标准值内。

🙌 你必须具备

·  至少拥有1年及以上在快节奏的零售环境中担任店铺主管的经验；

·  大专及以上的学历，具备基本的英语及电脑技能；

·  有现金、库存管理和销售监督的经验；

·  有基础的团队发展与培训相关的知识；

·  优秀的客户服务技巧；

·  有良好的组织能力，口头与书面表达的能力；

·  性格外向、热情，有领导能力；

·  能够接受灵活的工作时间；

·  能够监督员工并独立完成工作；
