Duration: 12 months
Monthly Gross Salary: AED 12,500
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Role overview:
“Launch” is our new pathway for graduates to transition seamlessly into the business. The programme is designed for ambitious graduates (Bachelors, Masters or PhD level) who are ready to make an impact from day one, supported with on the job learning and career progression opportunities.

In this role as a Trainee Account Officer, you’ll join a team that manages customer relationships, contracts and account strategies for commercial aviation customers. This is a customer account management role focused on relationship support, account coordination, sales activities and customer commitments. You will support experienced Account Managers across activities including account administration, customer engagement, contract coordination and delivery against key account objectives.


You’ll receive guidance and support to develop your expertise in account management, along with the confidence and problem-solving skills needed to grow in the role.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting in contract negotiation processes at a strategic scale
  • Providing operational and administrative support to Account Management
  • Participating in digital learning modules and on-the-job training to build key business and technical skills
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Customer team including Customer Operations, Sales, Marketing and Business Operations to deliver against the key account deliverables
  • Analysing business challenges and contributing to innovative solutions

 

Who we’re looking for:

In order to be considered for this role, you must be a UAE resident and currently live in one of the following emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, or Fujairah.


  • Recent graduate in a commercial/financial or technical discipline preferably
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a curious, open-minded and team-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work in a multi-functional environment
  • Curiosity, drive and the willingness to learn from data, experimentation and experienced peers
  • Proficient IT skills, fluent across Microsoft Office suite
