We are seeking a motivated and organised Bash Runner to join our dynamic youth development programme. If you have a passion for ensuring the efficient movement of parcels from malls to our hubs, this position might be a perfect fit for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate the efficient collection of parcels from various shopping malls
- Ensure secure loading and transportation of parcels
- Sort parcels by destination and priority for courier collection
- Coordinate with couriers and hub staff to ensure smooth operations
- Use scanning and tracking tools to update parcel movements in real-time
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure operational efficiency
- Provide updates and reports on parcel flow to the Hub Manager and to the wider Bash support team where necessary
WHO YOU ARE:
This job is for you if you have:
- Basic experience in supply chain operations
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling large volumes of parcels efficiently
- Basic computer proficiency
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina to handle loading and sorting tasks
- Additional logistics or transportation certifications
- Knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes

- Multilingual proficiency to facilitate communication with diverse mall representatives.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet operational demands.
