You will help our projects run smoothly by working in person with landowners, communities, councils, government bodies, clients and project teams. The role is focused on clear communication, gaining access to land, keeping accurate records and resolving issues in a practical and respectful way.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Work with landowners, residents, communities, councils, government bodies and clients to support access to project sites

  • Work closely with design, construction, safety and project teams to ensure access, permits, approvals and client requirements are in place
  • Share knowledge with team members and help new employees learn our land access processes

  • Good organisation, attention to detail and record-keeping skills
  • The ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach and willingness to ask for support when needed
  • Awareness of cultural heritage and respectful engagement with First Nations communities; experience in telecommunications, utilities, construction or infrastructure would be helpful but is not essential
  • A team-focused approach and commitment to safety and Fulton Hogan’s REAL values.

Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL. Respect, Energy and Effort, Attitude and Leadership encapsulate what we stand for at Fulton Hogan and encourage us to foster a diverse and inclusive culture where we listen to, care for, celebrate, and respect everyone.

We are committed to reconciliation and building and nurturing respectful relationships with First Nations peoples. If our values resonate with you, please submit an application for the position.
