The Labeling Swim Lane Owner participates in projects with responsibility for defining and coordinating labeling activities, including labels and Instruction for use. The role ensures that deliverables from the labeling teams in Poland, India and Denmark are completed and approved on time, supporting successful execution of project plans

This position reports to the Director for Global Labeling in Denmark and is part of the Global Labeling team   located in Stargard, Poland and will be an on-site role.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Building project management skills to effectively manage multiple priorities, timelines, stakeholders, and complex cross-functional initiatives within the labeling area.

• Expand collaboration across functions and organizational levels to optimize decision-making and ensure alignment for labeling.
• Strengthening product knowledge and understanding of how products, labeling, and regulatory requirements interact across the product lifecycle.
• Seek constructive compromises that support both business objectives and compliance requirements.

The essential requirements of the job include

• M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical/Engineering or similar
• At least 5 years of experience working in a highly regulated global industries, preferably within life sciences.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel for a few days, 1 to 2 times per year.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Solid understanding of Design Control and its application in a regulated environment.
• Experience working with labeling activities, including development, review, approval, and change management
