MAIN TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize, box and deliver original contract documentation to an external archive in accordance with regulations

• Receiving, filing and forwarding internal mail from organizational units and branch networks

• Filing, handling and distributing incoming and outgoing mail

• Handling of shipments, packages and individual requests

• Performing other office tasks

• Compliance with the documents regulating the quality assurance system

• It is the duty of every employee to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information during their work.

• All employees are obliged to learn and apply the information classification procedure in their own activities.

• Every employee is obliged to report any information security incident they observe to their immediate manager or Information Security Coordinator.

• He/she has an obligation to inform his/her immediate manager about the operation of the environmental management system. He/she initiates changes deemed necessary and makes suggestions for their content.
