We’re seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Kroll Workflow Support Trainer to support the rollout of a paperless workflow initiative across our pharmacy network. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth transition to digital processes by equipping pharmacy teams with the skills and confidence to use Kroll effectively in a paperless environment.

This temporary position is expected to last 22 months.

You will be responsible for:

Training Delivery:

• Supporting the delivery of engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) on Kroll paperless workflow functionalities.
• Providing hands-on training during go-live periods at pharmacy locations – out-of-town travel is required to locations across Western Canada.

Change Management Support:

• Acting as a change champion, helping team members adapt to the new Kroll paperless Workflow.
• Facilitating adoption through clear communication and targeted coaching.

Troubleshooting & Feedback:

• Serving as a point of contact for Kroll workflow and training-related issues during rollout.
• Actively listening and gathering feedback from pharmacy teams and reporting to the Regional Manager, Pharmacy Operations.

You have:

• 2 or more years of experience with Kroll Paperless Pharmacy Management Software.
• A solid understanding of pharmacy operations, with a focus on transitioning from traditional paper-based processes to paperless workflows and systems.
• Experience working in a community pharmacy dispensary is an asset.
• A Pharmacy Assistant, Registered Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist designation is an asset.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to manage, track, and appropriately escalate requests is an asset.
• A valid driver’s licence and vehicle with the ability to travel to assigned pharmacy locations.

• Able to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and escalate concerns appropriately when required.

Compensation Details:

$66,292.00 - $140,00.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
