About the role

  • Support the design, governance and implementation of standardized KPIs and reporting principles across the Business Planning & Performance Transformation programme.

  • Translate performance-management needs into clear KPI definitions, data standards, reporting requirements and governance principles.

  • You will be responsible for

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise KPI framework and dictionary, including definitions, ownership, data sources and reporting requirements.

  • Partner with FP&O, Finance, Markets, Functions, GPOs and D&T to define and validate benchmark and reporting needs.

  • Drive the simplification and rationalization of legacy KPIs and reports, reducing duplication while preserving relevant insights.

  • Ensure alignment across KPI definitions, data ownership, source systems, dashboards and performance-management processes.

  • Support testing, issue resolution, training, rollout and adoption of standardized KPI and reporting solutions.

  • Monitor data quality, compliance and adoption, finding opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Promote a single, trusted reporting framework and self-service insights across Group, Regions and Markets.

  • Collaborate across Performance Management, Reporting and Planning to enable consistent, trusted and data-driven decision-making.

About you

  • University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics

  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, performance management, data governance, or financial process improvement.

  • Strong experience in finance, performance management, FP&A or finance transformation, with a shown analytical approach.

  • Good understanding of important metrics, management reporting, data definitions and processes related to monitoring and improving performance.

  • Ability to convert complex business needs into clear requirements, practical solutions and actionable insights.

  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, capable of building links and driving alignment across different teams.

  • A structured, thorough and proactive approach, while keeping sight of the bigger picture.

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in a transformation environment with evolving priorities.

  • Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
