OPERADOR DE RECUPERACIÓN KOF

Responsabilidades

Asegurar el desempeño óptimo de nuestro producto en las líneas de producción de nuestro cliente mediante la verificación directa en piso detectando de forma oportuna cualquier desviación, hallazgo o variación en el desempeño del producto con base a los requerimientos del cliente establecidos asegurando el cumplimiento de las necesidades de nuestros clientes

Requisitos

INDISPENSABLE Carrera Técnica en Mecánica Automotriz,  Industrial, Eléctrica o carrera a fin. Sentido de responsabilidad Agrado por el área de producción y manufactura

Job Summary**

The Kof Recovery Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment related to the recovery of materials in a manufacturing setting, ensuring efficient and safe operations in accordance with company standards.

Job Responsibilities**

* Operate and monitor Kof recovery systems, including pumps, filters, and other processing equipment.
* Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs on recovery equipment.
* Monitor system parameters, identify deviations, and make necessary adjustments to optimize recovery efficiency.
* Collect and analyze samples to ensure recovered materials meet quality specifications.
* Document operational data, maintenance activities, and any incidents or issues.
* Adhere to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
* Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with maintenance personnel for complex repairs.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Previous experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor equipment adjustments and maintenance.
* Ability to read and understand technical manuals, operating procedures, and safety instructions.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple process parameters simultaneously.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
* Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
