Job Responsibilities:

• 6 months’ Inter-department on the job trainings within Culinary 
• Observe and assist in running of assigned kitchen
• Complete online food service and safety training as per MGM requirements
• Maintain and promote workplace safety and MGM food safety standards
• Provide a friendly welcome and high-quality services to our internal and external guests
• Carryout all necessary operation standards

Job Requirements:

• Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders
• The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
