This position serves as the foundational position for Gateway Kids ministry. Individuals in this position
will serve in this capacity every service.

ELEMENTARY: Team Member

• Monitors & engages with kids
• Distributes lesson and game items
• Helps lead kids in service engagement
• Position applies to both Elementary and Preschool

PRESCHOOL: Team Member

• Monitors & engages with kids
• Distributes lesson and game items
• Helps lead kids in service engagement
• Position applies to both Elementary and Preschool

CHECK-IN: Team Member

• Greets families
• Checks families in who are already in the PCO system
• Provides a high level of customer service for kids and families during the check-in process

Team Member Leadership Training Requirements

• Required to watch one leadership video within first two months of hire, with one new leadership video each quarter thereafter
