About the Team
The Strategic Partnerships team works closely with banks, fintechs, enterprises, startups, and other ecosystem partners to build and scale high-impact business relationships. The team focuses on creating strategic alliances, driving Payment Gateway (PG) and POS business through banking partnerships, and identifying opportunities for joint growth. The role involves working cross-functionally with Product, Business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to build partnerships and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage and expand our strategic alliances with enterprise clients/startups. The ideal candidate will identify new relationships, negotiate partnership agreements, and drive business growth through PG and POS sales via Banking institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic alliances with Enterprise, LFR, Startups, and Education institutions.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements including commercial terms, SLAs, and product offerings.
Manage existing relationships with banks to ensure optimal sales closures for Payment Gateway and POS.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance) to onboard new partners and execute joint initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships and implement improvements to drive revenue and customer engagement.
Lead co-branded campaigns, co-partner programs, or fintech integrations as applicable.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
Serve as the point of contact for banking partners, ensuring clear communication and timely closures and resolution of issues.
