Our mission is to support farms in achieving the highest levels of efficiency and quality through advanced technologies such as milking robots, milking parlors, herd management systems, and comprehensive equipment for livestock buildings.

Currently, we are looking to strengthen our team by hiring a Junior Strategic Buyer (Indirect).

The main responsibility of the person in this role will be to manage the procurement of indirect goods within the assigned organization.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Scope of Responsibilities / Role

  • Analyze and develop supplier markets while maintaining an optimal cost structure.
  • Implement the sourcing strategy for the indirect materials category.
  • Drive cost‑reduction initiatives in collaboration with other departments.
  • Create purchase orders and prepare delivery schedules.
  • Prepare tender documentation and participate in bidding processes.
  • Take part in negotiations with suppliers.
  • Support supplier evaluation processes.
  • Actively contribute to purchasing projects.
  • Report selected key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Closely cooperate with the Bydgoszcz plant as well as production sites in Germany.
  • Work within a global matrix structure, ensuring effective implementation of agreed changes.

  • Ability to work both with the local team in Bydgoszcz and colleagues in Germany.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in logistics or production management.
  • At least one year of experience in strategic purchasing — we are seeking a candidate already experienced in purchasing.
  • Experience in conducting purchasing negotiations.
  • Very good command of English (daily international communication); German language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • SAP knowledge is an asset.
