The role

We are seeking a Junior Engineer to support our Hydropower Project based in KPK. The role will involve assisting with civil engineering activities across project planning, design, construction supervision, estimation, scheduling and progress monitoring.


  • Assist senior engineers with the planning, design and execution of civil works.
  • Support site supervision and monitor construction activities against approved drawings and specifications.
  • Assist with quantity take-offs, measurements, estimation, costing and project reporting.
  • Support project scheduling, progress tracking and preparation of site reports.
  • Review drawings and technical documents and assist in resolving site-related issues.
  • Conduct site inspections and support compliance with engineering standards, safety and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with project teams to support the smooth execution of civil works.

You will bring relevant consultancy experience, a strong record of achievement and a passion for building trusted relationships that drive positive change and secure new work.


Suitable applicants will have/be:


  • B.Sc./B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably in hydropower, dams or major infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in site supervision, construction monitoring, estimation or project coordination.
  • Good understanding of civil engineering drawings, specifications and construction practices.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
