Become part of our Customer Service team at Raisin and support us as a Junior Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) in providing our customers with a first-class experience. Our 1st level WeltSparen Customer Service team supports our German-speaking customers mainly inbound by phone and email (and in the future also via live chat) with all matters relating to our financial products. For legal reasons, we are not allowed to provide investment advice, so our customer contacts focus on service, not sales.

Your Responsibilities

• Quickly become an expert in our products and processes; you are the primary contact person for our customers.
• With your strong communication skills, you will independently handle customer inquiries by phone and in writing.
• You work closely with colleagues from Customer Service as well as other Raisin departments and stakeholders.
• You inspire with your friendly manner, ensuring our customers feel they are in good hands, which directly contributes to overall customer satisfaction.
• You professionally handle inquiries regarding the account opening and investment process up to basic tax issues.
• You contribute to making the use of our platform a positive customer experience.

Your Profile

• You speak German at a C2 level (both written and spoken) and are fluent in English.
• Professional experience in customer service or customer support is desirable, regardless of the industry.
• Strong communication skills, a solution- and results-oriented approach, and good judgment.
• Strong communicators who want to assist customers over the phone with both word and deed are welcome.
• You enjoy dealing with people and are able to handle several tasks simultaneously under pressure while setting appropriate priorities.
• You are interested in complex topics, modern finance, and capital markets.
• You are located in Berlin.
• You have high expectations for your work and maintain an overview even in hectic times.
• You have solid IT skills (office tools).
