Junior Administrator

Location: Building 300, Part Ground Floor, Trinity Park, Solihull, B37 7ES
Hours of Work: 9.00am – 5.30pm (40 hours per week, Monday – Friday)

Role Overview

The Junior Administrator will provide administrative support to the Operations Administration Team to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations.

This role will involve assisting with administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Main Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Operations Administration Team.
• Manage and monitor the Fleet mailbox and assist with all fleet-related administration, including:
• Fuel card management.
• Fleet car pack production and monitoring.
• Processing of parking and speeding fines.
• Assist with answering incoming calls through the telephone system, ensuring enquiries are handled or directed appropriately.
• Support the production of Operations reports and associated documentation.
• Assist in maintaining documentation required for ISO compliance.
• Provide administrative support for site facilities as required.
• Liaise professionally with internal colleagues and external contacts.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance to the Finance and HR departments when required. This may create opportunities for further development in individual skill sets and experience across a wider range of departments.
• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and other data management tools in line with company procedures.
