Project Coordination Support: Assist in preparing project updates, meeting agendas, events and detailed minutes. Coordinate internal and external meetings/calls to ensure smooth communication flow.
- Research & Insights: Conduct research on trends, competitive landscapes and target audiences to gather insights that inform strategic recommendations.
- Internal Collaboration: Support communication and collaboration with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, strategy, planning, digital) to facilitate integrated project delivery.
- Administrative Assistance: Provide essential administrative support to the account team, including data entry, presentation preparation, and maintaining organized client files.
- Timeline & Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring project timelines and, where appropriate, learn about budget tracking, helping to flag potential issues proactively to senior team members.
- Learning & Development: Actively participate in internal training sessions, team meetings, and client discussions to absorb knowledge and contribute to problem-solving.
