Leidos is seeking a Joint Theater Distribution Center (JTDC) Mission Operations and Specialized Support Manager, Indo-Pacific Logistics Integration in Santa Rita, Guam. The position leads the JTDC Mission Operations, Medical, and Specialized Support team responsible for mission-system operations and medical, emergency-transportation, and other specialized operational support.

This challenging and rewarding position involves leading mission-system operations and coordinating specialized operational support, medical and emergency movement, and contractor-owned/government-owned resource activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead assigned JTDC mission-system operations.
  • Establish operator schedules, shift coverage, and operational-readiness requirements.
  • Coordinate operational checks and system troubleshooting.
  • Manage OEM and Field Service Representative support.
  • Coordinate contractor-owned and Government-owned resources.
  • Maintain operating procedures and resource accountability.
  • Coordinate medical and emergency-transportation support.
  • Support CASEVAC, MEDEVAC, and personnel-recovery transportation planning.
  • Maintain emergency-movement procedures.
  • Resolve resource-availability, ownership, and operational-responsibility issues.
  • Supervise three subordinate functional or sub-team leads.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4-8 years of prior relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Relevant experience in mission operations, logistics, sustainment, or operational support.
  • Experience supervising operational or logistics-support personnel.
  • Ability to manage shift-based operations and maintain mission coverage.
  • Experience developing and implementing operating procedures and accountability requirements.
  • Top Secret–SCI clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior DoD mission-system or operational-site experience.
  • Experience with contractor-owned, contractor-operated; contractor-owned, Government-operated; or Government-owned, contractor-operated environments.
  • Experience coordinating emergency movement or specialized logistics support.
  • Strong understanding of operational readiness and resource-accountability processes.
  • Experience coordinating OEM or Field Service Representative support.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00
