About the Role

We are looking for an AI Orchestrator to lead and coordinate the delivery of software engineering initiatives within a fast-paced, AI-driven development environment.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering delivery, project coordination, and client engagement. You will work closely with engineering teams and technical stakeholders to translate an initial mission and scope into a clear delivery plan, maintain alignment throughout execution, and ensure progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes are effectively communicated.

The ideal candidate combines strong project ownership and stakeholder management skills with practical experience supporting software engineering teams that use AI-driven development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support a software engineering team operating with AI-driven development methodologies.

• Take ownership of an initial project mission and scope and evolve it into a clear, actionable delivery plan.

• Manage delivery across small, fixed-scope software engineering projects, ensuring priorities, milestones, dependencies, and risks remain visible and controlled.

• Own and deliver project status reports to technical stakeholders.

• Act as a professional interface between business/client stakeholders and a high-speed engineering team.

• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring expectations and priorities remain aligned.

• Identify and communicate delivery risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope changes.

• Support the engineering team in maintaining momentum while balancing client expectations and project objectives.

• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, adapting plans and priorities as new information emerges.

• Create structure and clarity in fast-moving environments while enabling the engineering team to focus on execution.

Requirements

• Excellent business English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience managing or coordinating software engineering teams using AI-driven development methodologies.

• Experience owning and delivering project status reports to technical stakeholders.

• Project management experience across small, fixed-scope projects.

• Experience acting as a professional business or client stakeholder interface for a fast-paced engineering team.

• Proven ability to take an initial mission and scope, own it end-to-end, and evolve it independently for both yourself and your team.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and delivery management skills.

• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments with changing information and priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on a technology modernization project.

• Experience working for an IT services or outsourcing company in a client-facing role.

• Previous experience in a technically focused role, providing a solid understanding of software engineering environments and technical delivery.
