We are looking for an experienced Finance Systems professional to lead the functional support and continuous improvement of applications supporting Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The role combines finance expertise with hands-on work with JD Edwards, system improvements, testing, issue resolution, and cooperation with Finance and IT teams in a global environment.
You will
- Act as the functional lead for finance applications supporting O2C processes, including billing, invoicing, accounts receivable and collections.
- Translate Finance business needs into system requirements and functional solutions.
- Support and improve JD Edwards configuration, integrations and finance data flows.
- Coordinate testing, UAT and implementation of system changes.
- Investigate system and data issues, identify root causes and coordinate their resolution.
- Ensure finance systems are stable, controlled and ready for month-end close and audits.
- Work closely with Finance, IT, Data and external support teams.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes, reduce manual work and improve system efficiency.
- Maintain documentation, procedures and support guidelines for critical finance processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Finance Transformation, O2C operations or a related area.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, including AR, billing, invoicing and collections.
- Hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) and its finance modules.
- Experience with system configuration, integrations, data flows, testing and issue resolution.
- Good understanding of finance controls, audit requirements and SOX.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Finance and IT teams in an international/matrix environment.
- Very good English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
