As a Java Full Stack - Director, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on designing, coding, and testing applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. You will cultivate the potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging our collective strength.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Overseeing multiple software engineering projects, confirming alignment with strategic business goals

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 16 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
