We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary Item Maintenance Coordinator to join our Data Services team in Langley, BC.
This temporary position is expected to last 10 months.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Data Services you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and maintaining ethnic merchandise items in databases for internal and external customers. In this role, you will support the stores, e-commerce, and office departments with any data related issues.
You will be responsible for:
- Accurately entering and maintaining all data information for store products in the Ethnic and International categories from vendors and merchandise suppliers, including validating Mandarin-language shelf labels.
- Supporting a team of Category Managers by inputting designated merchandise information, problem-solving data issues, and making changes related to vendor information.
- Using internal and external data systems, including Global Item Center, to maintain data integrity when inputting new lines, costing, and additional data associated with items.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure data accuracy and upkeep in all systems for item information changes at the store level.
- Scrubbing data, collecting images, and listing items on and from the e-commerce site.
- Answering phone and email inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Participating in large-scale item maintenance projects as required.
You have:
- 1-2 years of experience in an office administration or data entry role.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese both verbal and written.
- Experience with translation, both verbal and written, is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with A-series and AMP is considered an asset.
- Knowledge or experience supporting merchandising teams is considered an asset.

Compensation Details:
$49,841.00 - $62,302.00The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
