Baptist Health is looking for an IT Workday Functional Analyst- Supply Chain to join our team in Louisville, KY!
The Workday Functional Analyst – Supply Chain (Healthcare) is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions within a healthcare environment. This role partners with Supply Chain, Clinical Operations, Finance, and IT teams to optimize procurement, inventory, and supplier processes that directly impact patient care delivery. The analyst ensures system alignment with healthcare regulatory requirements, drives operational efficiency, and supports integration with clinical and ERP systems (e.g., Epic, Lawson, Oracle).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
3–7+ years of Workday functional experience, with hands-on experience in Supply Chain modules.
Experience in healthcare supply chain operations, including hospital or health system environments.
Strong understanding of:
Procure-to-pay (P2P) workflows
Inventory management in clinical settings
Supplier and contract management
Experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and business process frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday Certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
Experience integrating Workday with Epic or other EHR platforms.
Familiarity with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and healthcare contracting models.
Knowledge of UDI (Unique Device Identification) and implant tracking compliance.
Experience in large-scale ERP transformation initiatives (e.g., Workday deployment in multi-hospital systems).
