We are looking for a highly motivated IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. The role will provide day-to-day technical support to the company’s employees, ensuring the effective operation of workplace devices, business applications and Microsoft 365 services. As an IT Engineer you will bear the responsibility of resolving user issues, preparing and maintaining IT equipment, and supporting employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
A day in the life of the role includes:

• Providing first- and second-level technical support to employees, both onsite and remotely;
• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting laptops, mobile devices, printers and other IT equipment;
• Supporting Windows, Microsoft 365 applications and common connectivity or access issues;
• Assisting with user accounts, access permissions, onboarding and offboarding activities;
• Recording and managing incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system;
• Maintaining IT asset records and escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal team or external vendor;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an IT Help Desk or IT Support role;
• Service-oriented mindset and good communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally;
• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  

Technical Competencies:

• Microsoft 365 administration and support;
• Microsoft Intune device management;
• Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID user administration;
• Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and support;
• Basic networking and endpoint connectivity troubleshooting.
