Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Application Specialist I– Esker to join our growing Enterprise Applications team in Hyderabad, India. This role is ideal for an early-career IT professional with up to 5 years of experience who is eager to learn and build expertise in the Esker platform, including Accounts Payable Automation (AP), Accounts Receivable Automation (AR), Order Management, and Document Automation solution.

The successful candidate will work closely with business users, IT teams, ERP support teams, implementation partners, and external vendors to support, enhance, and optimize Esker solutions across Regal Rexnord. The individual will receive hands-on exposure to enterprise business processes and integrations involving major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop both technical and functional expertise while working in a collaborative global environment supporting Finance and Order-to-Cash business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and develop expertise in Esker solutions for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order Management, and Document Automation.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand business processes and system requirements.
• Participate in application support, testing, configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation activities.
• Support day-to-day operations of the Esker platform and related integrations
• Create and maintain documentation including support procedures, training materials, process flows, and knowledge articles.
• Work with Finance, Customer Service, Sales Operations, and IT teams to understand and support business requirements.
• Gain knowledge of ERP platforms including SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce and understand how Esker integrates with them

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of software testing, application support, and system troubleshooting principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in application support, ERP systems, business systems, or related IT roles.
• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, integrations, or cloud applications is preferred but not required.
• Understanding of Finance processes (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable) is advantageous.
