Job Description:
Vehicle Service Desk 实习生
岗位定位
面向大三在校学生，实习期间按照 Vehicle L1.5 Service Desk Agent 方向进行定向培养。
主要支持智能网联汽车、车联网平台、车辆 App 及后台服务相关的日常 Service Desk 工作。实习期间由项目团队安排 1对1 Mentor 指导，通过培训、实际项目实践和阶段性评估，逐步培养未来正式 Service Desk Agent 所需能力。
主要工作内容
- 协助 Agent 处理和跟踪 Incident、Service Request 等日常工单。
- 协助完成工单信息整理、状态更新、分类及流转。
- 协助监控系统告警、车辆服务异常及用户问题。
- 学习 Incident Management、SLA、Escalation 等基础流程。
- 协助整理中英文邮件、Ticket Comment、Incident Timeline 及运营数据。
- 协助维护 SOP、Knowledge Base、FAQ 等项目文档。
- 随能力提升，逐步参与基础工单独立处理及 Incident 支持工作。
任职要求
- 本科大三在校学生，计算机、软件工程、信息管理、电子信息、自动化、车辆工程、通信、英语等相关专业优先，但不作为硬性要求。
- 对 IT、智能网联汽车、车联网、技术支持或 IT 运维方向感兴趣。
- 具备基本英文阅读和书写能力，能够阅读英文邮件、操作文档及系统信息。
- 学习能力强，能够快速理解新业务、新系统和新流程。
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作意识。
- 责任心强，工作认真细致，对时间、数据和系统信息敏感。
- 能够按照 SOP 和流程规范执行工作，遇到不确定问题能够主动沟通和升级。
- 熟悉 Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook、Teams 等基础办公工具。
具备 ITIL、Jira、ServiceNow、Power BI、Python、SQL、Power Automate 等相关知识者优先，但不作为硬性要求。
培养机制
- 安排 1对1 Mentor 全程指导。
- 提供车辆业务、Service Desk、Incident Management 等专项培训。
- 通过实际 Case、工单处理、模拟 Incident 等方式进行实践培养。
- 定期进行能力反馈和阶段性评估。
培养重点包括：
业务理解、工单处理、Incident Management、英文沟通、问题分析、责任意识和跨团队协作能力。
工作时间
- 周一至周五：09:00–18:00
- 8小时工作制。
- 法定节假日按照公司安排正常休假。
- 如因课程、考试、答辩等原因需返校，可提前申请请假并做好工作交接。
- 实习工资按照实际出勤天数结算，具体标准以公司实习协议为准。
