Key Responsibilities

• Co-create transformation and continuous improvement strategies with clients and internal teams.
• Support the adoption of core agile and scaling practices that help sustain organizational change.
• Contribute to building Business Agility capabilities, methods, assets, and offerings for clients.
• Participate in problem-solving discussions and translate insights into practical improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to support transformation initiatives and agreed outcomes.
• Apply foundational SAP FM knowledge to relevant business and transformation activities.
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Continuously develop expertise in agile practices, transformation approaches, and emerging ways of working.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• Beginner-level proficiency in SAP FM.
• Foundational understanding of business transformation, agile practices, or continuous improvement.
• Ability to apply analytical thinking to business problems and identify potential solutions.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn evolving practices, tools, and approaches in a dynamic working environment.
