About this IT Manager/IT Operation Manager role at Fuku
Salary Range: $7,000 - $10,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage both Technical and Sales teams to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of business goals.
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including software systems and all technology-related activities within the organization.
- Manage software and IT projects from initial planning and implementation through to ongoing support and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand and translate business and technical requirements into actionable solutions.
- Oversee system development, implementation, maintenance, and performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Prepare and manage IT costing, budgets, resources, and project timelines to support business objectives.
- Monitor project costs and ensure effective utilization of IT resources for optimal outcomes.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable software, systems, and technologies to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team on client requirements, solution proposals, pricing, and implementation strategies.
- Monitor system performance, gather user feedback, address operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement IT processes, policies, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure IT operations and projects are delivered effectively and are aligned with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager, IT Manager, Technical Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong experience in IT operations, software systems, and project management.
- Experience leading technical teams and working closely with sales or business teams.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, system implementation, and IT operations.
- Experience in IT costing, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects from planning to completion.
- Hands-on and results-oriented with strong team management capabilities.
