IT Infrastructure & Operations Analyst

Experience Range: 3.5 - 5.5 Years

As a Specialist in IT Infrastructure & Operations, you will expand your foundational knowledge by independently handling more complex technical tasks. Your contributions will ensure the efficient functioning and security of our IT infrastructure, supporting the continuous improvement and reliability of the systems and services we provide.

Responsibilities:
• Independently install and configure hardware and software.
• Perform intermediate-level network troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and report issues to senior staff.
• Maintain technical documentation and update inventory records.
• Execute scheduled backup and recovery procedures.
• Perform regular security audits and other monitoring activities.
• Conduct routine server maintenance tasks.
• Implement minor system enhancements to improve performance.
• Provide direct technical support to users for common issues.
• Participate in team projects, contributing with insights and technical support.

Skills:
• Intermediate Technical Support: Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving more complex IT issues.
• Advanced Hardware Installation: Ability to manage more advanced hardware setup and configuration.
• Software Deployment: Experience in deploying and configuring software applications.
• System Monitoring: Skill in monitoring and reporting on system performance and health.
• Backup and Recovery: Ability to execute and verify backup and recovery procedures.
• Network Troubleshooting: Competence in identifying and addressing network-related issues.
• Security Monitoring: Enhanced vigilance and practice in security monitoring activities.
• Documentation and Reporting: Advanced skills in maintaining accurate records and technical documentation.
