Summary

IT Governance Analyst will administer critical governing controls and documentation, facilitate internal and external audits, and provide governance guidance to affiliates across the North American region. This position is essential to ensuring compliance, operational integrity, and adherence to IT governance policies throughout the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Administer governing controls and maintain associated documentation as directed by IT Management.  Ensure documentation is accurate, current, and properly maintained.

  • Provide governance guidance and support to TAI and TAI affiliates across the North American region.  Assist affiliates in understanding and implementing IT governance policies.

  • Understand and administer Information Technology General Controls (ITGC) and All Toyota Security Guidelines (ATSG) policies and facilitate related audits.

  • Maintain and update the IT Business Continuity Plan (BCP) based on senior management input. Administer the BCP and facilitate disaster recovery testing and audits. Maintain IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure they are understood and followed.

  • Track IT contracts and expiration dates, notifying senior management of upcoming renewals.

  • Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.  Ensure IT changes are reviewed and approved by senior management within scheduled meetings. Ensure root cause analysis (RCA) is performed when change failures occur.

What You Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT governance, compliance, audit, or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with IT control frameworks (e.g., ITGC, SOX, COBIT, ITIL)
  • Strong understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery concepts
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience facilitating internal and external IT audits.

  • Knowledge of change management processes and CAB facilitation.

  • Experience supporting IT governance across multiple business units or regions.

Preferred:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, ITIL, CGEIT)
