Job Description:
RSC IT Coordinator - LOCAL in Prescott Valley, AZ
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm
The RSC IT Coordinator serves as the primary on-site IT resource for the Prescott Valley Retail Support Center. This role is responsible for day-to-day technical support, device and asset management, warehouse technology, infrastructure coordination, security compliance, and communication between site operations and corporate IT teams.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position requiring strong troubleshooting skills, organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-interruption operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for office and warehouse employees.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, applications, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and warehouse technology.
- Manage IT tickets from intake through resolution or escalation.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, repair, track, and retire IT equipment.
- Support Zebra mobile computers, Honeywell warehouse devices, voice systems, and related technology.
- Provide local support for Manhattan and other operational applications.
- Coordinate infrastructure, network, telecom, and hardware issues with corporate IT teams.
- Manage vendor RMAs, warranty repairs, equipment shipments, replacements, and asset records.
- Support user access, authentication, security initiatives, and IT compliance requirements.
- Assist with technology deployments, upgrades, equipment refreshes, and site projects.
- Create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and end-user resources.
- Serve as the technical liaison between site leadership, corporate IT, employees, and outside vendors.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience providing desktop, end-user, or IT operations support.
- Strong Windows and enterprise hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting printers, mobile devices, peripherals, and business applications.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing and incident-management processes.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and asset-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple simultaneous requests.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience supporting distribution, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or other high-availability operational environments is preferred.
Experience with Zebra, Honeywell, Manhattan, Microsoft technologies, networking, printers, or mobile-device management is a plus.
Work Environment
This position works across both office and warehouse environments and requires regular movement throughout the facility to troubleshoot, deploy, and maintain equipment.
The RSC IT Coordinator must be comfortable balancing urgent technical issues, scheduled projects, equipment management, documentation, and ongoing operational support.
