INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support stability, maintainability and performance of the e-commerce platform and all related systems to avoid downtime and ensure sustainability
• Specification of user stories, in order to concept and enhance features and functionalities based on existing functionalities or requirements for new concepts
• Consultation towards sales companies and increase local maturity level in the area of e-commerce
• Continuous backlog prioritization for the applicable scrum team and the applicable epics support roll-out of developments by pro-actively check usage in the local online shops, providing documentation and support training & education initiatives
