1.Receive the production plan and commit to achieving it according to the proposed schedule.
2.Follow up on raw material orders.
3.Follow up on the department's maintenance requests.
4.Raw material analysis (follow-up) Coordination between quality and procurement.
5.Follow up on the results of clay and gypsum in terms of their conformity to chemical and physical properties.
6.Preparing and submitting daily production reports for personnel affairs.
7.Submit reports on the quantity of raw materials used to the costs department.
8.Distribution and organization of work among department workers.
9.Ensure that all employees adhere to and follow operating instructions.
10.Trying to continuously develop to save on the consumption of materials, time and effort.
11.Receiving operating materials from suppliers and following up on inspection procedures and conforming to specifications.
