Summary:
As an IoT Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive Internet of Things platform architecture solutions that encompass the entire data lifecycle. This includes overseeing the ingestion of data from numerous interconnected devices, managing the processing workflows, and enabling advanced analytics. The role requires coordinating across various vendor platforms to ensure seamless integration and scalability for complex device workloads. The position demands a strategic approach to creating robust, efficient, and scalable architectures that support the dynamic needs of IoT ecosystems, fostering innovation and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices for IoT solutions.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles.
- Strong knowledge of designing scalable data ingestion pipelines and real-time data processing frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-based IoT platforms and integration of diverse vendor technologies.
- Ability to develop data models and schemas optimized for high-volume, high-velocity IoT data.
- Familiarity with security and privacy considerations in IoT data architecture.
- Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of data workflows to support analytics and reporting.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data Architecture Principles.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
