ICLL is responsible for site contracting (CSA, CRC) cost effectiveness, contract integrity, and site financial governance:
- Standard site contracting process (CSA / CRC / ICD review & execution)
- Site budget development aligned with Fair Market Value (FMV) principles
- Basic legal/cost negotiation with sites
- Alignment with client SOP / legal templates
Coordination with CTM / Legal / study team
Minimal/Must-have Requirement
1. Legal Background
2. Prefer MS Degree
3. At least >3 years Clinical Trial Site Contracting Experience
4. Excellent Communication skill, Writing and PPT
