About The Role

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day receiving, stocking, replenishment, and inventory control activities within assigned storage areas to ensure reliable material availability for site operations. This role performs accurate receipt verification, stock put-away, cycle count support, PAR replenishment, and shipment coordination while maintaining compliance with SOPs, GLP/GXP standards, and chain of custody requirements. The position helps sustain stock accuracy, proper stock rotation, and timely replenishment while escalating discrepancies, shortages, and inventory risks to higher-level team members. 

What You'll Do Here

• Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials and supplies 

• Perform put-away, stock rotation, and FIFO practices 

• Replenish stockroom and PAR locations based on established min/max levels 

• Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities 

• Coordinate basic shipment preparation and material movement 

• Maintain chain of custody and regulated material documentation as required 

• Perform expiration checks and stock rotation audits 

• Escalate damaged goods, shortages, and stock discrepancies 

• Support reorder point maintenance and replenishment requests 

• Maintain organized storage locations and accurate labeling 

• Support SOP compliance and GLP/GXP process discipline 

What You'll Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent required 
• 1–2 years of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred 
• Valid driver’s license preferred for off-site storage support 

• Forklift certification may be required depending on the site 

• Dangerous Goods / hazardous material handling certification is an asset 
• Basic ERP / inventory system proficiency 

• Microsoft Office Suite basic skills (Outlook, Excel) 

• Understanding of stock rotation, min/max, replenishment, and cycle counts 

• Basic data entry and transaction accuracy 

• GLP/GXP and SOP compliance training 

• ERP receiving and stock transaction workflows 

• Chain of custody and regulated material awareness 

• Stock rotation, expiration control, and replenishment processes 

• Site safety and PPE training 
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, shipping documents, packing slips, and technical inventory procedures 

• Ability to prepare routine reports and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders 

• Bilingual English/French may be required for Canadian sites 
• Strong attention to detail and task accuracy 

• Ability to work independently within assigned zones 

• Positive customer service mindset 

• Comfortable in fast-paced regulated environments 

• Strong organization and housekeeping discipline 

• Early escalation of discrepancies and shortages 

• Relevant industry experience a plus.
