The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels throughout the organization. Conduct and verify on-going cycle counts daily to meet this goal in accordance with company procedures.

This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is part of the Supply Chain Department located in Pasir Gudang, Johor and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Conduct cycle count activity in all functional areas, raw materials and finished goods areas

• Reconcile each count, performing root cause analysis and trending.  Track errors and report information to the parties responsible. 

• Report all cycle count data to management for review and publication.  Determine accuracy percentages based on lines counted, units counted, and variance cost. 

• Maintain rotation of inventory to ensure FIFO picking of lot number sequences

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.

• Multiple location, RF and bar-coding experience

• Experience in control of documents and material tracking.

• Familiarity with software-based cycle count and physical inventory programs.

Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Indoor role requiring standing/walking.

• Must follow safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, and operate only approved low-risk tools.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

·       Warehouse and prior experience in manufacturing facility

Bonus / Incentive Pay 

Up to 10 % of annual base salary  

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.  This is the target earnings as % of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.
