About the job 

As a Sales & Operations Support Intern, you will play an active role in supporting the Amsterdam boutique’s Back of House operations during a six-month internship. Reporting to the Boutique Operations Manager, you will contribute to the smooth running of the boutique by supporting Stock Operations, Care & Repair, Visual Merchandising, Cashier Administration, Marketing and Client Coordination activities.

• Own the stock operational workflows that ensure an accurate, organised and high-performing Back of House environment. 

• Support Care & Repair activities that extend the life of CHANEL creations and contribute to an exceptional client experience. 

• Bring the CHANEL universe to life through Visual Merchandising, helping create an environment that captures the client’s attention, invites them to explore and makes every detail meaningful  

• Contribute to Cashier Administration and Marketing activities, supporting the seamless execution of boutique operations. 

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support the smooth flow of boutique activities and service excellence.

What you will bring

• Strong organisational skills and a high level of precision when managing operational activities.

• The ability to prioritise support across departments and communicate effectively with the person in charge.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, iOS and Windows.

• Fluency in English, the working language of the boutique; Dutch or French is welcomed but not required.

• A genuine interest in fashion, client-facing environments and numerical activities.
