About this Internship role at In The Pocket
We build cool stuff: products used by millions, banking software that has to work every time, AI tools that actually earn their hype. In The Pocket is where passionate, skilled people do that, in small autonomous teams that stay close to their clients and users, with the space to take ownership, speak up and grow.
We're taking on multiple interns this round, across different teams: Talent, IT, Design, Development, Marketing & Sales and Strategic Consulting among them. Whatever you're studying, wherever you land, minimum 12 weeks, based near Ghent, Leuven or Antwerp.

We're an independent European digital product studio with a strong track record of delivering market-defining strategies and products for enterprises and governments. With about 200 talented people across three countries, premium AI capabilities and a diverse portfolio of international clients, we define, design and ship high-quality digital products, strategies and software. From global cloud-based platforms and large-scale apps to medical devices, banking software and augmented reality experiences. In a nutshell: if it lives and breathes digital, it’s what we do best.
Who you are:
- You're a student with at least 12 weeks free, curious rather than comfortable and ready to build something real. It doesn't matter what you're studying, what background you come from or whether this is your first internship or your third. If you've got side projects, a portfolio, anything you've made, bring it. That tells us more than a CV ever could.
What to expect:
- Real work, not busywork. You'll sit inside an actual team, be that Talent, IT, Design or a client project squad, doing work that matters to that team, not a task invented to keep you busy.
- A mentor in your corner. Someone's assigned to guide you through the internship, and no question is too small to ask.
- Actual learning. Lunch talks, hackathons, conferences. We're constantly picking up new tech, and you're in the room for it.
- People worth hanging around. Afterworks, off-sites. The kind of team you'd want to spend time with even off the clock.
