What You’ll Do: As an Internal Audit Intern, you’ll work alongside seasoned auditors to understand how companies evaluate risks, improve operations, and ensure compliance with regulations. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll learn the ins and outs of auditing and gain exposure to essential business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit in Action: Help perform audits by analyzing data, reviewing processes, and assessing the company’s operations to make sure everything is in line with internal controls and regulations.
- Problem Solver: Learn to identify gaps in processes and recommend solutions that will help the business operate more efficiently.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing reports and presentations that reflect audit findings and communicate them to different departments.
- Compliance Learner: Stay up-to-date with regulations and best practices by learning from industry experts and engaging in continuous learning.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good with numbers and interested in understanding how businesses operate.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Program Overview/Benefits:
- Program Dates: June 7, 2026- August 13, 2027
- 3 Day Induction: June 7 - June 9, 2026 (location, Warren, NJ)
- Hybrid Schedule: Minimum 4 days in the office per week
- Compensation: Hourly rate of $25.00
