Job Description

The UI/UX Designer intern will work closely with our developer/designer team and our marketing team to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms. This includes helping out with creating wireframes, designing new web templates using our UI/UX design tool, building web forms, and creating pages in our Content Management System.

Key Accountabilities

• Contribute to projects from their inception to launch (will include research, flows, wireframing, prototyping, content authoring & more)

• Collaborate with marketing and designer teams on product requirements and focus on the user experience, ease-of-use, performance, and efficiency of websites

• Work independently and in collaboration with other designers and the marketing team to quickly produce multiple concepts and prototypes

• Work with web developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and guide the interface through the development process

• Design UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and page designs for our websites

• Author content for landing pages across multiple brand sites.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a major or minor in UX Design, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, or other related disciplines.

• Has great problem solving and communication skills, is detail oriented and is comfortable working in a fast, agile environment

• Has a passion for usability and effective, attractive UI

• Should be Interested in latest digital trends & web technologies

• Nice to have previous experience or working knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

• Has an understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
