Main responsibilities

• Support the Academy team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Help organize and coordinate trainings, workshops and events
• Prepare and format documents, presentations 
• Coordinate with trainers, participants and internal teams
• Follow up on open tasks and make sure things are completed on time
• Support several tasks and projects at the same time

 

Requirements

• Higher education 
• Fluent English and Russian
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Proactive and hands-on
• Quick learner who can pick things up fast
• Well-organized and able to manage several tasks at once
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Attention to detail
• Able to meet deadlines
• Flexible, energetic and willing to help where needed
